About Elite Concepts Physical Therapy - A Letter From the Founder
After spending many years in typical outpatient physical therapy settings, where one-on-one time is on the decline, I began a pursuit toward a new venture to emphasize quality of care in a one-on-one setting, where "getting better" is the absolute top priority. Since breaking free of the insurance-based market, I have had the opportunity to treat people from various stages of life, in unique professions, with different interests, and of all fitness levels. I have helped elite athletes rehabilitate from major injuries and train back to their professional sport; I have helped people who sit at a computer or commute long-hours find reprieve from lower back or neck pain; I have helped to improve shoulder stability and enhance performance in volleyball players and swimmers. Through these unique patient experiences, I have found that the commonality is in what they value: their lifestyle, their time, and having an expert put effort and passion into helping them get back to their activity or sport.
The direct-access, cash-pay, concierge approach is cutting-edge in the physical therapy world and is leading the profession into the future. The insurance company no longer has to dictate where you get treatment, what type of treatment you can receive, and how often you can receive it. In this era, people are establishing their personal physical therapist and forming lasting relationships, so they have an orthopedic specialist to connect with directly and immediately when a question, concern, or injury arises. When you have your own physical therapist, you have an expert who knows your body, your personality, and your goals, making rehabilitation intervention more efficient and effective.
I officially introduced Elite Concepts Physical Therapy and Performance in January 2016 and have been helping people to feel better, move better, and perform better faster ever since. I love having the freedom to spend as much time with each patient as I want or need to. I love being available to check-in or answer questions in-between sessions. I love getting to know my patients and forming lasting friendships. Whether we have two or ten sessions together, my patients know that they can always come to me for advice, a refresher course, or to evaluate a new injury.
I am often referred by my patients to treat their family members or friends, which is not only the highest compliment, but also why I grow so close to my patients and make sure that everyone receives elite care.
Specializing in orthopedics and sports injuries, we provide an elite service to athletes of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or a beginner, we can get you back to your activity faster and have you performing at a higher level. We have worked extensively with patients suffering from back pain, and have successfully guided them through the process to become painfree and back to full function.
We are postural specialists and can recognize minor deviations in postural alignment, which is often a significant contributing factor to dysfunctional mechanics and ultimately pain or limitation. At Elite Concepts Physical Therapy and Performance, every patient is treated with VIP service, and no ache, pain, or limitation is considered too small if it is important to you.
If you would like our help to get back the lifestyle that you dream of (running, playing, traveling, gardening, etc), we would love to get you there!

Why "Concierge"
Concierge physical therapy is a style of practice that is growing at an incredible rate. At Elite Concepts Physical Therapy and Performance, the term "concierge" refers to a higher quality of care, where your physical therapist becomes a part of your life and goes above and beyond standard practices to provide a convenient, professional, and enjoyable healthcare experience. We value quality over quantity and actually limit our number of clients in order to provide the best care when you need it most. You will receive a direct contact phone number for your physical therapist and will likely exchange phone calls or text messages even on your off-days. We get to know our clients well and are available to answer questions as needed.
Due to steadily decreasing reimbursement from health insurance, it is becoming more challenging for physical therapists in outpatient offices to provide valuable one-one-one time with their patients. In most clinics, the staff are forced to treat multiple patients per hour, often utilizing aids to manage patient care and relying on unsupervised exercises or ineffective modalities.
Patients have realized that higher quality care results in a faster and more pleasant recovery!
We charge a flat rate for physical therapy services, which does not fluctuate with the specific treatment techniques provided. We do not accept insurance at this time, which is how we are able to provide the elite type of service that we do. We are able to spend more one-on-one time with our patients than in a typical outpatient setting, offering expert techniques and support, therefore we often make greater progress in fewer sessions overall. Our patients typically average 6-7 sessions for a given injury, as compared to the 12-16+ sessions that will likely take place in an insurance-based clinic. With no co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance to consider, the concierge cash-pay option becomes the obvious choice for getting better quickly.
You may submit your receipts to insurance for reimbursement directly to you, usually at 60-80%. We can help you navigate this process.
